Rowan's Law & Concussion Safety Acknowledgment

Complete this annual concussion awareness acknowledgment prior to participation in team practices or official league games.

Summary of Concussion Protocol:

1. Zero Tolerance Removal: Athletes suspected of sustaining a concussion will be immediately removed from play.

2. SCAT6 Medical Evaluation: Sidelined athletes cannot return until evaluated by a licensed physician.

3. Parent Communication: Parents/Guardians will be notified immediately of any logged head injury incident.
